Mindi Vanden Bosch is the Vice President of Operations at Vermeer Corporation. A third-generation family member and granddaughter of founder Gary Vermeer, she plays a key leadership role at the Pella, Iowa-based industrial and agricultural equipment manufacturer.

Vanden Bosch joined Vermeer in 2008 and previously held leadership positions in marketing, finance, human resources, continuous improvement, and served as Managing Director for the Forage Solutions Product Group. In her current operations role, she oversees large-scale manufacturing expansions, such as the company's growth into the Des Moines metro area.

She is highly active in the local community as Treasurer of the Vermeer Charitable Foundation. She also regularly accepts industry honors on behalf of the company, such as accepting the "Coolest Thing Made in Iowa" award for the innovative ZR5-1200 self-propelled baler.
