Emerging Leader Peer Group

If you're working in your family's business but aren't holding a leadership role (yet), this group is for you.

UNI’s Emerging Leader peer group prepares family business members for executive-level responsibilities and ownership. This program is tailored for next-generation family enterprise leaders and the unique challenges and opportunities they face. Participants will develop and practice their leadership style, create a lifetime development plan, and increase their effectiveness as responsible family business leaders.

The Emerging Leader Peer Group is available via Zoom and periodically in person. Members of the UNI Family Business Center can take part at a discounted rate.

What does it take to prepare the next generation?

In this episode of the Never Go Against the Family podcast, Heidi takes us through what leadership really looks like for an emerging generation, how to make a successful transition from one generation to the next, and what strategies you can use to be successful along the way.
