Peer Groups

Our peer groups are designed for family business members at any stage in their leadership journey. There are options for current CEOs, retired leaders and the up-and-coming generation. Participants connect with peers in similar positions within their businesses. Plus, the new GenConnect Peer Group is designed to connect family leaders across generations. All peer groups are confidential.

Once each year, all peer groups converge with an in-person Generation Peer Groups Learn & Meet event. Participants find immense value in learning from other families.

See the full descriptions to decide which peer group is right for you. Members of the UNI Family Business Center can take part at a discounted rate.
